Couches on Campus
People with stamina impairments, or those who experience vertigo symptoms, often
benefit greatly from having a place to lie down. Keep in mind that none of the spaces
listed below are private (although the Hahn staff room couch can be separated by closing
an "accordian"-type room divider). However, they do provide the opportunity to lie down
for those who need it.
- Academic Resource Center (ARC)
- College Eight Student Commons Building (a.k.a. Red Room)
- Hahn Student Services Staff Room (1st floor, center of building)
- Natural Sciences II Graduate Reading Room (Room 432)
- Porter Fireside Lounge
- Sinsheimer Labs, 1st floor Lounge
- Stevenson College, Wagstaff Fireside Lounge
